| We Believe... The Bible is the only inspired, infallible, authoritative Word of God. There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. In the deity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father in Heaven, and in His personal return in power and glory. All people are by nature and choice separated from God and responsible for their own sin. Salvation of lost mankind is based solely on the finished work of Christ through regeneration by the Holy Spirit. When a person trusts in the substitution death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, trusting Him alone to save and not good works, at that moment salvation is received. In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are given to His people to further equip them and to change them to do the work He has called us to do. These gifts are to be exercised within scriptural guidelines. In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost: they that are saved unto resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. In the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. |
